Making An Appointment

New patients do need to be referred to our office from their doctor.   Once your doctor has referred you, please call one of our staff members at (412) 683 5300 to make an appointment Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 PM.   In emergency, our telephone line is always answered by service, and one of our physicians is always available.  If you have routine questions about an appointment you may also contact us by email to our office manager. Emails may take several days to answer, so if something is urgent, please contact us by telephone.

Make sure you bring your glasses, your insurance card and a friend or relative to drive you home on the day of your visit.

 

Fees and Insurance

We accept virtually every health insurance policy, bill all insurance carriers directly and are approved by most HMOs. If services are not covered by insurance we request payment on the day of your appointment.
