Pamela P. Rath, M.D.

 

Dr. Rath completed a medical retina fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital and St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in London, England and her ophthalmology residency was with the University of Minnesota. Dr. Rath comes to us after four years as Assistant Professor in the Retina Vitreous Division of the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota. During that time she was Director of the Ocular Oncology Program with special expertise in radiation plaquing for malignant melanoma of the choroid and treatment of retinoblastoma.  She was also director of the electrophysiology laboratory at the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the International Society for Clinical Electrophysiology and Vision, the International Ocular Oncology Society and ARVO and has lectured extensively on inherited retinal diseases, electrophysiology, intraocular tumors and retinoblastoma.
